About Us

At our organization, we are seeking a Project Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing capital projects from start-up to close-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders through clear communication.
  • Develop and implement project plans to meet organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve high levels of productivity.
  • Monitor and report work progress against plans and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Project Management or a related field, and/or several years of demonstrated experience in Capital Project Management.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management in the construction industry is essential.
  • A good knowledge of local government policies and regulations is required.
  • You must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to support, influence, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
