Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced leader to provide guidance, direction, and support to staff in achieving their goals and objectives.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing teams, developing and implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Supervision: Provide vision, direction, and coaching to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  2. Talent Development: Support the growth and development of direct reporting supervisors through coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
  3. Performance Management: Conduct regular check-ins, team meetings, and performance evaluations to monitor progress, address challenges, and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Service Delivery: Oversee the custodial services for all sites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained.
  5. Maintenance and Capital Projects: Work collaboratively with the Director of Facilities to develop and manage the facilities budget, plan and execute maintenance schedules, and oversee capital projects.
