Key Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering customized solutions to mid-market and large enterprise clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement software solutions from start to end for mid-market and large enterprise clients
  • Manage implementation projects in a structured manner that informs the client of expected timelines of completion for each stage
  • Confirm to implementation timeframes set by guidelines
  • Input and manipulate data via excel and similar tools to a high standard
  • Interpret and implement business needs and hierarchies
  • Consult engineers when customer requirements need custom scripting
  • Manage delays and expectations throughout the implementation process
  • Able to travel and consult with customers on-site
  • Train customers and employees at the end of the project
  • Provide weekly updates of projects that show any delays
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidence throughout each implementation

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years' experience in a Business Analyst or Consulting role - ideally within software industry
  • Previous project management experience with various size clients
  • Prior implementation experience
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Pasionate and innovative approach
  • Exposure to Javascript or APIs an advantage
