This Property Officer role requires a high level of integrity and strong organisational skills to support the effective management of leased property portfolios.

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements, while also developing and implementing leasing policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritise Safety in Lease Management
  • Oversee Lease Agreements and Rental Reviews
  • Conduct Regular Inspections to Ensure Compliance
  • Assist in Developing Leasing Policies and Maintaining Accurate Records
  • Prepare Invoices and Follow up on Outstanding Payments
  • Work with Facility Services to Ensure Accurate On-Charging of Utilities
  • Provide Support and Guidance to Stakeholders
Requirements:
  • At Least 3 Years' Experience in Property or Lease Management
  • Sound Knowledge of Real Estate Laws and Regulatory Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems
  • Strong Attention to Detail and Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Ability to Build Positive Relationships with Lessees and Stakeholders
  • Professional, Organised, and Customer-Focused
  • A Current NSW Class C Driver's Licence
