Job Summary

As a strategic Information Technology Services Director, you will play a critical role in overseeing the execution of all information technology functions to meet the needs and goals of our organization. Your responsibilities will include supervising a team of IT staff, ensuring daily activities run smoothly, and overseeing upgrades, installations, conversions, and system maintenance as well as help desk administration.

A successful candidate will possess a 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field or five years of related experience and/or training; healthcare background preferred. The Position: Information Technology Services Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting & Resource Allocation

• Staff Management

• Technology Assessment & Implementation

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate IT staff

• Oversee data governance

• Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans
