Whilst the functions have existed within the business, we are now bringing functions together to help guide the future of our organisation, which is currently, heavily reliant upon a proprietary operating platform.The day-to-day focus of this role will be to drive the growth and success of the IT division, while introducing innovation, systems and processes that will assist in directing the businesses future success.As our Head of Information and Technology you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing our information technology infrastructure, operations, and security.To consolidate our business, we are seeking to maximize the systems we have through better education, training, optimisation, and user acceptance, whilst ensuring the heart of the business is brought into a single ERP.Key Duties & Responsibilities1.
Lead the development and execution of the company'sERP and technology strategy, aligned with commercial and operational goals.2.
Manage the IT budget, including identifying cost savings and optimization opportunities3.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems4.
Monitor, maintain and optimizethe current IT infrastructure, networks, cloud, cyber security & end-user computing5.
Lead a teamof IT professionals to manage, deliver & support the IT environment6.
Keep up to datewith latest technology trends & best practices, and recommend new technologies and approaches that can improve the company's IT operations7.
Working with the various business teamsto capture, manage and deliver business system requirements utilizing the local resources, global resources and even external resources as required.8.Provide support & ownershipof incidents impacting CMC/Monitoring operations9.
Driveinnovation and continuous improvementin systems, processes, and service delivery.10.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and usability of business platforms and integrations.About YouMinimum 5 years' experiencein senior technology leadershiproles, with proven experience managing and developing people· A background inERP systems(e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and their business impact.
· Demonstrated success in leadinghigh-performing, people-centric teams.
· Track record of delivering technology strategies that enablebusiness transformation and innovation.
· Strong commercial acumen and experience influencing stakeholders at C-suite level.
· Hands-on leadership style, with the ability to balance strategic direction with day-to-day delivery.Bachelor's degree in relevant field(E.g. Computer science, Information Technology)Networking:Proficient in networking to establish and nurture relationships.
