Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Operations Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior Property Manager, ensuring timely completion of maintenance work orders, conducting property inspections, and processing lease applications efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management, a strong understanding of local regulations, and excellent communication skills. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
About the Role
- Assist the Senior Property Manager with daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and coordinating open homes.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure properties meet high standards, documenting any issues or concerns.
- Lodge and follow up on maintenance work orders, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Process lease applications, coordinate sign-ups, and administer related tasks with efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate private inspections, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless experiences for clients.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in property management, preferably in a similar role.
- A current QLD Certificate of Registration is essential for this position.
- A valid driver's license is required for regular site visits.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
