We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Export Execution & Logistics Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality results.

About the Role

This 12-month fixed-term contract position will be based in our Toowoomba office, where you will play a key role in supporting our export operations. Your primary responsibilities will include completing data entry of exports into our system, creating draft export documentation, and ensuring timely processing of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the efficient processing of shipments by proactively preparing and documenting export-related information.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of export shipments, including container and seal details.
  • Preparing packing orders and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Obtaining relevant documentation from customs authorities and other stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the preparation of draft export documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Collaborating with shipping lines to obtain draft bills of lading and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in export documentation, logistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
