We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Domestic Execution & Logistics Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient completion of data entry tasks, including creating draft export documentation and coordinating with team members to execute packing orders.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization and contribute to our success in the commodities industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Proactively support the processing of shipments by entering details into our system and preparing draft export documentation.
  • Coordination: Assist with coordination to ensure that packing orders are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Packing Orders: Create export packing orders and prepare them for shipment.
  • Documentation: Obtain RFP/EDN from customs and assist with preparation of draft export documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Shipping: Submit data to shipping lines to obtain draft bills of lading.
  • Team Support: Provide assistance with the team where required.
  • Quality Control: Check export documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • Commodities Experience: Understanding and knowledge pertaining to export documentation.
  • Team Player: Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous Experience: Previous administration experience.
