About the Position

We are recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator on a fixed-term contract, based in Toowoomba. The main function of this role is to complete data entry of details of exports into our system and creating draft export documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the documentation process to ensure that shipments are processed in a timely manner.
  • Creating packing orders data entry of container and seal information.
  • Packing order preparation for shipments.
  • RFP/EDN Obtaining from customs.
  • Assist with preparation of draft export documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin.
  • Data submission to shipping lines to obtain draft bills of lading.
  • Providing assistance with team where required.
  • Export documentation checking and filing.
Requirements
  • Understanding and knowledge pertaining to export documentation.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Ability and willingness to interact effectively with all levels of employees, customers and third parties.
