Building Facilities Specialist

We are seeking a highly reliable Building Maintenance Technician with versatility to join our Facilities team. Under the direction of the Building Managers, this individual will assist with ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of three buildings, both inside and out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining the CTL buildings and properties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in plumbing and electrical work according to commercial code.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and commercial boilers.
  • Familiarity with dry and wet sprinkler systems.
  • Experience with fire and security systems.
  • Ability to operate and maintain a heavy-duty plow truck.
  • Capable of lifting a minimum of 55 lbs.
  • Availability for on-call emergencies (excluding vacation time).
  • At least 4 years of experience in framing, drywall, flooring, and painting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of general maintenance experience.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Knowledge of general OSHA regulations.
  • Possession of personal tools (general power, plumbing, and electrical tools).
  • Minimum knowledge of commercial generators and elevators.
