
Project Support Specialist

The Project Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Fixed Networks project team.
This position involves coordinating tasks, managing multiple demands, and providing administrative support to the project team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Allocate tasks, process invoices, and manage project completion documents through our work management system.
- Compile project reports for client claims, variations, and schedule updates.
- Manage access permissions and assist with end-of-month financial tracking and reporting.
About You:
- A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a similar administrative/coordination role.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical competency.
- Prior experience in finance administration is desirable.
