Project Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Support Specialist to join our team in a dynamic environment. This ongoing full-time role offers the opportunity to contribute to service improvement and strategic outcomes through high-level administrative support and coordination of projects across regional South Australia.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting senior leaders with administrative and project coordination duties. You will prepare agendas, reports, minutes, and confidential correspondence, manage procurement, finance, and office systems to support daily operations, and undertake minor research projects and support implementation of service reforms.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, enjoy building stakeholder relationships, and be confident with admin systems like Microsoft Office, PCMS or Basware. They will also have an eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior leaders with administrative and project coordination duties
  • Prepare agendas, reports, minutes, and confidential correspondence
  • Manage procurement, finance, and office systems to support daily operations
  • Undertake minor research projects and support implementation of service reforms
