**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Gardener to join our team. As a key member of our community maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the presentation and cleanliness of all community grounds and common areas are maintained to a high standard.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in landscape gardening in a commercial or public environment, with expertise in hard and soft landscaping.

">

Key responsibilities include:

">
  • Maintaining all gardens, lawns, paths and roadways">
  • Mowing and edge trimming of all lawns including residential site frontages">
  • Weeding and weed management of all common areas and grounds">
  • General planting and garden maintenance including pruning and mulching">
  • Watering of all common areas and lawns">
  • Basic hedge trimming (below shoulder height) and tree maintenance including general pruning">
  • Ensuring all watering systems are installed and operating effectively and as required">
  • Undertaking regular cleaning of external building windows, facades and other infrastructure such as bollards, seats, pathways, roads, benches, handrails, and such according to the operational schedule">

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in landscape gardening in a commercial or public environment">
  • Experience in hard and soft landscaping">
  • Current valid 'class c' drivers licence">
  • Construction Industry White Card">
  • A customer-centric approach with strong communication skills">
