Grounds Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of all community grounds and common areas, supporting a warm and inviting atmosphere for residents.
Key Responsibilities:">- ">
- Maintaining all gardens, lawns, paths and roadways">
- Mowing and edge trimming of all lawns including residential site frontages">
- Weeding and weed management of all common areas and grounds;">
- General planting and garden maintenance including pruning and mulching;">
- Watering of all common areas and lawns;">
- Basic hedge trimming (below shoulder height) and tree maintenance including general pruning">
- Ensuring all watering systems are installed and operating effectively and as required.">
- Undertake regular cleaning of external building windows, facades and other infrastructure such as bollards, seats, pathways, roads, benches, handrails, and such according to the operational schedule.">
- ">
- Previous experience in a landscape gardening in a commercial or public environment">
- Experience in hard and soft landscaping.">
- Experience in dealing with end customers in a customer centric manner.">
- ">
- Current valid 'class c' drivers licence">
- Construction Industry White Card">
