**Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Specialist**
This role involves ensuring the presentation and cleanliness of all community grounds and common areas are maintained to a high standard, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for residents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain all gardens, lawns, paths, and roadways to ensure they remain well-manicured and safe for use.
- Operate lawn mowers and trimmers to maintain neat and tidy appearances.
- Weed and manage weeds in all common areas and grounds to prevent overgrowth.
- Perform general planting and garden maintenance, including pruning, mulching, and watering.
- Trim hedges below shoulder height and maintain trees through regular pruning.
- Ensure all watering systems are installed and operating effectively to promote healthy plant growth.
- Clean external building windows, facades, and infrastructure according to scheduled maintenance routines.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in landscape gardening in a commercial or public environment is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in hard and soft landscaping techniques is essential.
- Ability to work effectively with customers in a customer-centric manner.
- Current valid 'class c' driver's license and Construction Industry White Card are mandatory.
