Job Title: Grounds Maintenance SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

Our client is a leading provider of workforce solutions, offering tailored personnel to companies across various industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining grounds and facilities, ensuring they meet the required standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining grounds and facilities, including parks, gardens, and other outdoor areas;
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations;
  • Managing and operating equipment and machinery;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues alike;
  • Working effectively in a team environment and communicating clearly and concisely with colleagues and supervisors.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in grounds maintenance or a related field;
  • Valid White Card (Construction Induction Training) and Manual Drivers Licence;
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods;
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites as required.
