Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Specialist

Role Overview:
As a Grounds Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our local portfolio of sites to a high standard. This includes mowing, whipper snipping, and graffiti removal.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the grounds of multiple sites across the North of Brisbane and Sunshine Coast area.
- Ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operation of site maintenance.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance is essential for this role.
- A strong work ethic and ability to learn are necessary for success in this position.
- Physical fitness is required, as regular travel throughout the North of Brisbane and Sunshine Coast area will be necessary.
- Good communication skills and a flexible approach are also required.
