
Sydney Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to support our Sydney-based teams.
- Manage office operations, supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships
- Provide executive support to senior leaders, including diary and travel coordination
- Support onboarding, IT setup, and general staff needs
- Coordinate leadership visits, meetings, and internal events
- Identify and implement improvements to office processes
Responsibilities include managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, providing administrative support to senior leaders, and identifying process improvements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools
