Office Administrator Role

ACRWORLD are partnering with a leading commercial fit-out practice based in Sydney. We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis, working out of their office in Alexandria.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and be confident in handling high-volume phone calls. A strong understanding of Microsoft suites, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, is essential. Additionally, the ability to multitask and prioritize work tasks, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, is highly valued.

Key Duties:
  • Manage internal calendars for the use of office facilities
  • Assist with general resource management tasks and marketing initiatives
  • Provide front-of-house service and answer incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the Reception and Meeting areas, ensuring these spaces are kept to a presentable standard
