Job Title: Workplace Experience Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide exceptional administrative support and customer service in our Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative services, including records management, data entry, and mail handling.
  • Greet and assist staff, visitors, and contractors with professionalism and high-quality service.
  • Oversee meeting room setups, maintain kitchen and print areas, and respond to workplace experience issues.
  • Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person with a customer-focused approach.
  • Assist the Property and Employee Services teams with administration and building maintenance coordination.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years' experience in an administrative role, ideally with government experience.
  • Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel to Parramatta office when required.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
