Key Responsibilities

  • Perform reception duties, general administration tasks, and process referrals.
  • Enter staff handovers and maintain an effective filing system.
  • Ensure safety and quality objectives are achieved.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administration environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with different software and systems.
  • A Certificate in Business Administration will be looked upon favourably.
