Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ACRWORLD. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our clients in the Adelaide CBD, ensuring the smooth operation of their facilities management, property management, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration:
    • Understand the client's needs relating to the agreed contract and ensure compliance with requirements and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
    • Perform data entry and assist with invoicing.
  • Scheduling and Planning:
    • Develop and maintain schedules using scheduling software (Simpro) and coordinate with managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deadlines.
    • Identify and mitigate scheduling conflicts and risks.
    • Monitor work progress and update schedules as needed to ensure timely completion in line with the clients KPIs.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Serve as a liaison between the client to facilitate communication and ensure alignment with contract requirements.
    • Attend meetings and site visits related to contract administration and scheduling.
    • Provide regular updates on jobs/tasks status and project schedules.
