About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ROUSSOS Recruitment. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional reception and administrative support to our Adelaide office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, distribute to staff in a timely manner, and book courier deliveries.
  • Process incoming general reception emails and respond accordingly.
  • Greet guests in a professional manner and facilitate water, tea, and coffee for meetings.
  • Provide administrative assistance to senior managers, including meeting coordination and diary management.
  • Perform data entry and document production tasks.
  • Process office invoices, liaise with the accounts department, collect receipts, and process corporate credit card statements.
  • Set up new staff welcome packs and implement onboarding checklists.
  • Order stationery and kitchen supplies and maintain stock levels.
  • Ensure the office is always kept neat and organized.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Friendly, warm, enthusiastic, and personable nature.
  • Pro-active and willing to take ownership of tasks.
