Job Title

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the delivery of our Children Services, including Early Learning Centres, Outside School Hours Care and Family Day care operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of our Growth for Impact strategy, developing high-performing teams and inspiring transformational change across Children Services.

Key outcomes include leading the development of management systems to ensure National Quality Framework standards are met and exceeded, and developing the capability of leaders to deliver agile, high-quality, client-focused outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of strategic plans and initiatives
  • Manage diverse teams working across metropolitan and regional areas
  • Develop and implement management systems to ensure National Quality Framework standards are met and exceeded
Requirements:

Proven track record in implementing strategic plans and initiatives

Experience working in a highly regulated environment and a sound understanding of the regulatory environment

Understanding of safeguarding children and young people

Ability to provide strong advocacy and stakeholder engagement
