Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Service to lead our Outside School Hours Care team in Kensington. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the opportunity to build relationships with local schools and partner on events and community engagement.
The successful candidate will have autonomy to plan and deliver enriching experiences for children every day, while fostering fun relationships with families that connect, inspire and delight.
This role involves managing and rostering a team of passionate educators, managing compliance and medical documentation, and being the key point of contact between TeamKids and the school community.
About You:- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as confident interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving skills.
- A natural leader with an eye for detail, you will be able to manage competing priorities and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- You will have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children, and be able to demonstrate energy, enthusiasm and a love for having FUN.
