Job Title: Service Leader-Belmont

We are seeking an exceptional Service Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals in delivering high-quality care and education to children.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a safe, inclusive environment where children can thrive. They will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for learning, fun, and play.

This role supports the delivery of our service in Western Australia, providing before and after-school care and vacation care for children. Our goal is to deliver exceptional service excellence every day, every session.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a fun, safe, and compliant program.
  • Create daily plans, supervise and support children, prepare healthy food options, build relationships with families and the school community.
  • Nurture a positive environment and lead a team of educators to achieve this goal.

Requirements:

  • Completed a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates.
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
