Job Description

The Principal Project Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of projects, working collaboratively with a team to achieve construction and completion targets. This role will oversee project management leadership, manage consultancies and contractors, and coordinate with stakeholders to progress design and delivery works.

This includes coordinating procurement processes, budget and cash flow management, construction contract administration, stakeholder management, reporting and risk management. The Principal Project Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing efficient project administration systems.



Required Skills and Qualifications

Demonstrated relevant experience in a similar role is essential, including delivery of large-scale residential projects. A high attention to detail and accuracy is required. Experience in Private Public Partnership (PPP) is desirable.

  • Strong procurement and delivery knowledge for the full lifecycle of projects, including transaction, design, planning, delivery, completion and transition to operations.
