The Opportunity

Our Australian offices across New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia offer a generous relocation allowance to eligible candidates.

Every day our Case Managers help coordinate, negotiate, and facilitate an injured worker's recovery and return to work.

From Police officers to builders, hospitality workers to farmers, we assist various individuals in their return-to-work journey.

As a senior team member, you'll provide coaching and handle escalations, making a significant impact on our organisation.

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims to achieve the optimum outcome of early and sustainable return to work with reasonable claim costs.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, employers, brokers, rehab providers and other stakeholders to create an effective Return to Work strategy.
  • Assist the worker and employer with the claim process, providing support, managing expectations and ensuring timely access to required services to support return to work and injury recovery.
  • Assess aspects of liability and recovery relevant to the legislation or policies while undertaking ongoing reviews in relation to entitlements and payments.
  • Respond to escalations and provide coaching and mentoring to other members of the team.
About You
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing claims within the insurance industry is essential.
  • An empathetic, resilient and motivational approach to provide customer-centric support is vital.
  • A driven professional with highly developed written and verbal communication skills is necessary.
  • Careful consideration to detail with a high concern for accuracy is required.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management is crucial.
  • A team player who likes to work collaboratively and can also work independently is ideal.
