Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to manage caseloads and provide case management services to clients. The successful candidate will work with clients to identify their goals and provide psychological or physical supports to help them achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage caseloads and provide case management services to clients
  • Apply clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
  • Work with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
  • Assist clients in achieving return to health and return to work outcomes

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences or Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing or Social Work
  • General or Provisional registration with the relevant health regulatory body
  • Fabulous communication skills
  • Compassion and kindness, empathy
  • Strong time management skills
