About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing comprehensive rehabilitation programs that enable clients to return to work and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct vocational assessments and worksite evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans.
  • Provide one-on-one support sessions to clients, guiding them through the rehabilitation process and empowering them to achieve their goals.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or a related field.
  • Professional registration with the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel.
