
Healthcare Return to Work Coordinator

As an Injury Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting injured workers to return to work. You will be part of a dynamic team culture that offers great rewards and recognition initiatives.
The company is a leading Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business. Our goal is to help people get their lives back through ongoing support during their return-to-work journey.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Case Managers alongside the Team Leader and Technical Specialists to achieve daily activities to a high quality.
- Regular one-on-one coaching with Case Managers focused on capability uplift in claims management strategy and project outcomes.
- Monitor Injury Management plans and provide support and coaching to meet quality standards and compliance.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support RTW Programs and other initiatives.
About Your Role:
- Sound communication skills and a passion for working in a team environment to achieve outcomes, customer-focused approach, and someone who loves attention to detail.
- Tertiary studies in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Exercise Science, Nursing, or other Allied Health field).
- Demonstrated experience in injury management insurance/Workers insurance.
