**Your new opportunity**:
This part-time role offers **flexible work options** (minimum 15 hours per week). We're happy to work with you to create a schedule that suits you, including your work days and the option to work both in the office and from home.

**What you'll do**:

- Prepare basic individual tax returns, including work-related deductions, investment income, rental properties, and capital gains.
- Ensure accuracy with mínimal review points.
- Use Xero software to manage client tax data.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues.
- Assist with BAS preparation, GST, and liaising with the ATO (if you have prior experience with these).

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience in preparing individual tax returns.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
- Great communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Willingness to learn and receive additional training as needed.
- The following are desirable but not essential:
- Experience with BAS preparation, GST, and ATO compliance.
