Business Growth Manager

You will be the go-to person for brokers, engaging, educating, and retaining them while identifying opportunities across our broader business, including commercial lending and asset finance solutions.

Deliver a leading broker experience, leveraging aggregator partnerships and industry networks to expand market presence.

Use data to drive decisions, proactively identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to support broker success.

A relationship-driven professional with a strong understanding of financial products and lending operations, passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
