Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include empowering job seekers to achieve their full potential by providing tailored guidance, coaching, and ongoing support.   • Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment is highly advantageous
  • Proven success within target-driven environments is critical

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to the role.

Requirements

We are seeking an individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways. Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks are also essential.
