This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a supportive environment.

You will be employed for two years, during which time you will obtain a Certificate III Business qualification while gaining hands-on experience in a business setting.

What's Involved?
  • You will work full-time with a host business and be employed by Work & Training.
  • Full entitlements, including four weeks of annual leave.
  • Theory training will be conducted on-the-job with an experienced trainer.
  • Regular mentoring and support will be provided throughout the traineeship.
  • Opportunities for growth and development will be available through daily coaching from supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the team and develop a mature, approachable manner.
  • Assist with general administration tasks, including phone and face-to-face customer service, filing, data entry, and day-to-day duties.
  • Develop excellent organisational skills, with the ability to schedule and prioritise work.
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude and disposition, with energy and enthusiasm required.
