**About The Opportunity**

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Event Planner. You will play a crucial role in organizing and executing various events from weddings to corporate functions within an upscale environment. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure the success of these events.

This position offers a unique opportunity to express your event planning expertise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, from inception to execution, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences for the client.
- Collaborate with F&B team to execute event
- Oversee event management, including setup, registration, guest management, and troubleshooting to ensure a flawless event experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, and event planning best practices to incorporate innovative ideas into event strategies
- Provide prompt and specialised assistance with managing all functions, events and wedding details
- Strong stakeholder management; ensuring all details for upcoming functions, events and wedding are ready for events scheduled for in advance, providing the most up to date information for all departments
- Manage event budgets; planning event revenue/expenses and tracking event spend
