About the Role
The Major Account Manager role is a pivotal position within our Operations function, responsible for fostering strategic and mutually beneficial partnerships with key clients. Reporting to a Business Manager, you will oversee client matters and interactions within an allocated portfolio to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
This opportunity offers a unique chance to lead and influence successful customer outcomes by collaborating with our National Operations team. You will establish and build trusting relationships with key client stakeholders, provide excellent service, strategize process improvements, and drive efficiency gains.
About Us
We are seeking a forward-thinking individual with strong financial acumen and leadership skills. This candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a Strategic Account Management role, preferably with Retail clientele or value-add services.
