Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving strategic growth across the education sector.

You will lead partnership acquisition and engagement strategies, using your expertise to add value to our organisation by:

  • Continuing to drive thought leadership in international student health and wellbeing through innovative programs and research
  • Advocating for international student wellbeing across our organisation and identifying cross-functional collaboration opportunities
  • Leading acquisition strategies and supporting Relationship Managers to optimise pipelines and drive commercial outcomes
  • Designing and executing revenue-generating strategies with KPIs tied to acquisition, retention, and upsell opportunities
  • Representing us at external forums and events to elevate visibility and influence
  • Strengthening existing relationships through initiatives such as industry engagement programs and health and wellbeing collaborations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in partnership development and commercial growth
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strategic thinking and market intelligence, with the ability to translate insights into measurable outcomes
  • Deep understanding of international student flows, visa policies, and recruitment dynamics
  • Proficiency in data analysis, ROI tracking, and CRM tools
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination capabilities
  • Existing relationships with institutional and government bodies in international education
