**About the Role**

As the Regional Operations Director at Indie Campers, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and operational excellence in the APAC region. You will oversee all revenue operations, develop and implement regional strategies, and lead a high-performing team to achieve regional growth and profitability targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement regional strategies to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
* Lead and manage regional teams to ensure high performance and effective execution of strategies
* Oversee all regional operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to regional revenue growth and operational performance
* Collaborate with the HQ team to ensure alignment and effective execution of regional plans

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a general management role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or retail industry
* Proven track record of driving regional revenue growth and achieving financial targets
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in operations management software and tools
