Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Revenue Manager to contribute to our revenue management team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and profitability for our hotels and resorts across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing effective revenue strategies
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Compile statistical data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Monitor market conditions through competitor rate analysis
- Participate in daily revenue calls and meetings with key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management or similar
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Hotel Reservations or Operations
- Intermediate excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Understanding of revenue principles within a hotel chain
- Previous experience using a Revenue Management system
