As a strategic partner, you will lead performance reviews, develop campaign plans, drive product adoption, and resolve operational challenges. You will work collaboratively to remove roadblocks, unlock opportunities, and contribute to a team that values strong execution and shared wins.

This is a hybrid role with 3 in-office days per week. You will analyze data to identify risks early, uncover potential upside, and prioritize actions based on business needs. You will champion your merchants by providing insights, trends, and feedback that inform better outcomes. You will share your knowledge and expertise to support the team's success.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 6+ years' relevant experience, including 4+ years in account management or customer success. You have a proven track record of growing accounts, prioritizing large books, and driving business outcomes. You are a clear and effective communicator, skilled at storytelling and collaboration. You thrive in fast-paced environments, adaptable and solutions-focused. You are a dedicated team player who is committed to helping others succeed.
