As a Marketing Specialist you will be undertaking the following duties:

- _Assisting in the development and oversight of marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective campaigns._
- Analysing market trends, customer demographics, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Ensuring brand consistency in all marketing communications and materials.
- Tracking key metrics and campaign performance to optimise strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- Working closely with business development team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Organising and promoting corporate events and trade shows.
- Managing customer feedback channels and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

The job will be full-time, with hours to be worked between 8.30 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: $75,000 - $85,000

Successful applicant should have:
**Qualifications**:

- Relevant Certificate III or Certificate IV or higher qualification preferred in Marketing and/or Communications
- At the minimum 3 - 5 years full time relevant experience

**Skills**:

- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for creating engaging content across channels.
