Job Title: Procurement Director

The Procurement Director will lead the development and delivery of product assortments across the business. This role requires understanding market trends and competitors to inform buying decisions, while ensuring alignment with customer preferences and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with business goals and market trends
  • Lead a high-performing team as the voice and advocate of the customer
  • Build strong relationships with Design, Planning, and Sourcing teams to drive product development objectives
  • Provide product strategy inputs to Planning to develop effective budgets and strategies
  • Adapt to changing market conditions and take advantage of emerging trade opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand alignment throughout various channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Buying, Retail Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Professional certifications in buying, merchandising, or supply chain management advantageous
  • Extensive experience in procurement with a proven track record of delivering successful procurement strategies in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute procurement strategies that align with business goals and market trends
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics, including revenue, margin, and inventory management to drive profitable procurement decisions
