Job Overview

The Associate Director of Operations and Procurement oversees the organization's IT service delivery, operations, property and procurement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage IT and property service providers for optimal contractual outcomes.
  • Lead strategic planning and implementation of IT infrastructure, cloud services, networks and end-user computing systems.
  • Direct facilities and physical asset management, ensuring regulatory compliance and cost-effective operations.
  • Develop a whole-of-organisation property strategy aligned with operational needs and workforce planning.
  • Oversee procurement strategy, policy and operations for transparency, value for money and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Provide leadership across ICT, property and procurement functions, advising executive stakeholders and aligning with corporate objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Facilities Management or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT operations, property and/or procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and procurement best practices, including managing large complex contracts.
