Job Description

Sydney Metro is seeking an experienced Director to manage the procurement, contract finalisation and delivery transition for a key station and precinct development project.

The primary purpose of the role is to direct commercial and contract activities to ensure effective procurement, negotiation and implementation of development and delivery contracts associated with the project.

  • Provide strategic commercial advice to stakeholders on all commercial and development matters
  • Maintain commercial integrity by ensuring contracts accurately capture client requirements and result in commercially sound outcomes
  • Manage commercial issue resolution and risk mitigation
  • Lead the management of professional contractors and service providers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience leading people and teams, managing complex contracts and projects, and providing high-quality commercial advice.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
