Procurement Operations Director Job

This senior executive-level position requires advanced leadership and management skills to lead the delivery of world-class support services to the public health system.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing geographically dispersed systems and leading customer-focused services in complex delivery environments. They will also have a strong understanding of procurement and contract management principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sourcing and contract management across the NSW Health system.
  • Manage the NSW Health supply chain, ensuring optimal procurement value and delivery of organisational priorities.
  • Develop and implement best practice product sourcing, warehousing, supply chain logistics, and distribution strategies.
Requirements
  • Senior executive-level experience and tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience in a business or procurement field.
  • Understanding of Government policies and practice in key accountability areas including procurement, business reform, and corporate services.
