Procurement Analyst Role

Zip Co is seeking a skilled Procurement Analyst to join our IT & Security team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing and consolidation of our tooling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize procurement processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships to drive business value
  • Conduct data analysis to identify procurement trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements
  • Present findings and recommendations to the business to drive decision-making
  • Work closely with various vendors and stakeholders from across the business to ensure seamless collaboration
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in procurement or a related field
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate with all levels of Finance, P&C, and global subsidiaries
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
  • Aptitude for identifying and managing risks
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and present findings
