**Job Title:** Procurement Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Procurement Performance Manager in delivering procurement strategies to the broader Boral organisation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and manage performance improvement projects, including process discovery, baseline analytics, and reporting.
* Run tactical sourcing events and supplier interactions, preparing recommendations for operational improvements.
* Engage with key stakeholders across the Boral business, providing guidance on purchasing and performance managing suppliers.
* Identify, develop, and support continuous improvement in procurement processes, documentation, spend analytics, performance reports, and buying processes.
* Provide analytical and operational support for strategic sourcing, category management, supplier relationship management, and other procurement activities.
* Work collaboratively with Category teams and stakeholders to analyse spend, identify opportunities, and deliver value against agreed targets.
* Conduct sourcing and supplier management activities in accordance with Boral policies and procedures.
* Develop and deliver training for internal stakeholders on improvement project outcomes.

**Requirements:**

* Experience in procurement sourcing and purchasing processes and techniques.
* Advanced analytical skills, proven capability using analytical tools across large data sets.
* Relevant experience in a large national organisation working with multiple stakeholders.
* Advanced level skills within MS Excel.
* Graduate with a qualification in Business, Supply Chain & Operations, Commercials, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
