Nudie Glow is a leading K-beauty retailer in Australia, dedicated to helping everyone feel confident in their own glowing skin.

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Leader to help drive the success of our first store by leading and motivating the team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and assisting in daily operations.

About the Role

This is a key role where you'll work closely with the Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store. You'll play a crucial part in leading and motivating the team, evaluating and improving customer service standards, managing inventory, merchandising, and stock management.

  • Lead the team to meet sales targets and performance indicators.
  • Support the hiring, training, and development of new team members.
  • Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and maintaining store presentation.
  • Evaluate and improve customer service standards.
  • Step in for the Store Manager as required and ensure the team remains motivated and productive.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • 1+ years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role (beauty industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, stocktake processes, and merchandising.
  • A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays as required.
  • A keen interest in beauty and skincare products (K-beauty knowledge is a bonus).
